How we work

We agree what a great hire looks like, and you sign our terms before any search starts.
I search, screen and interview, then send you a short list of people worth your time.
I coordinate interviews and help you land the offer, then stay in touch after they start.
Frequently asked questions
Does the call cost anything?
No. The call is free and there’s no obligation to go ahead.
How is your fee worked out?
It’s a percentage of the role’s salary package, with a retainer to start the search. Everything is set out in writing before we begin.
Why only a small number of clients?
I work on a retained basis: fewer roles, done properly. That way each search gets real attention.
What if the person doesn’t work out?
If they leave within 60 days of starting, I’ll look for a replacement at no extra cost (conditions in our terms).
What should I have ready for the call?
Just the role, roughly what it pays, and when you’d like someone to start. A position description helps but isn’t needed.
